Christmas not comlete without The Nutcracker in the Grote Kerk in The Hague

Also this year the De Dutch Don't Dance Division and Holland Dance Festival present the Nutcracker in the Grote Kerk, inspired by the fairy tale by E.T.A. Hoffmann and the wonderful music by P.I. Tchaikovsky. In the season 2008-2009 the Nutcracker was a big succes and therefore will be on the programme from the 26th of December 2009 untill the 1st of January 2010!Unique for the Netherlands, the production is a collaboration between children, young adults, dance students, older adults, professional dancers and stars of the famous dance company American Ballet Theatre from New York. A special creation by choreographers Thom Stuart and Rinus Sprong of the Dutch Don't Dance Division. More information and tickets.
