Documentary Good Man - Bill T. Jones

On February 5, 2012 the Filmhuis Hague will show beautiful the documentary "A Good Man".
The Hague is full of dance during the thirteenth edition of the Holland Dance Festival. As part of the festival theme "Source of Inspiration" one of the world's leading choreographers Bill T. Jones is comming to The Hague with the performance Fondly Do We Hope ... Fervently Do We Pray.
The performance is inspired by the life and legacy of President Abraham Lincoln. The public should brace themselves for a dazzling dance theater piece in which Jones flawlessly navigates between major historical events and themes of today.
Filmhuis Hague consistent with the documentary A Good Man, which gives a glimpse into the creative process and the creative crisis of one of the most provocative artists in America. What does it mean to be a good person, a free man, or a citizen? Throughout the film Jones explains how his childhood, personal feelings about Lincoln, and current emotional and physical conditionaffecting the play.
