In recent years, movies make more and more use of Baroque dances that are the basis of classical ballet technique. Have you ever wondered how these dances are put together? This workshop features the sarabande as main subject. Originally from Spain, this quick-stepped dance uses the characteristic arm movements, so essential for the Baroque period.
