Capoeira/Maculelę

Capoeira turns up more and more – also in the Netherlands– on street corners and elsewhere; it is infectious and spectacular. This workshop is for everyone from 8 to 14 years old who wishes to master this art form. Capoeira is a unique combination of martial arts, dance, acrobatics, and music. Vladimir Frama will teach you the basic movements and kicking techniques.
