Modern Dance

Freelance choreographer and dance instructor Sanne van Put gives an extensive Modern dance class based on the Limón technique. Use of body weight, tension and relaxation are important principles of this technique. Van der Put’s Modern dance classes are clear, musical, energetic, with a good grounding in technique and body-awareness, and with enough room for big (and grand) gestures.
